The TSF Open is the biggest local comp in Melbourne! With over $1000 in prize money available and categories including "Best Debut" and "Most Improved", there are opportunities for lifters of all levels to snag themselves a prize and take home some cash! A great way to round out a year of training and progress, the standard will be high and the competition fierce! 

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have three sessions:

Session 1 (9am to 12pm)

• Lifting will begin at 9am local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 7am local time

Session 2 (12:30pm to 3:30pm)

• Lifting will begin at 12:30pm local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 10:30am local time

Session 3 (4pm to 7pm)

• Lifting will begin at 4pm local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 2pm local time
