This will be a last chance qualifier for those looking to qualify for Mega Nationals 2025 - Juniors, Sub Juniors, Masters and Equipped!

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

Last Chance is a Special Event.

There will not be an open division for this competition. Only Sub-Juniors, Juniors, Masters and Equipped lifters are eligible to compete.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have one session:

Lifting will begin at 9:30am
Weigh-in will begin at 7:30am
