This competition will have two sessions broken into a standard local competition and a primetime/invitational session. Prize money will be awarded to the overall best female and best male lifters during the primetime session!

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

This competition is a partial Special Event.

Primetime selection criteria

• To be eligible for the primetime session, you must have achieved a minimum IPF score of 82 for females or 90 for males. The meet director will contact you directly if you are eligible.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have two sessions, with the same session times on both days.

Session 1  (10am to 2pm)

• Lifting will begin at 10am
• Weigh-in will begin at 8am

Session 2 (3pm to 7pm)

• Lifting will begin at 3pm
• Weigh-in will begin at 1pm

Maximum number of entrants: 96 (two days)
