Your only South Coast APA affiliated competition is back!!!! We are so excited to bring back South Coast Championships from a fresh new space for 2026!

This competition is recommended for any level of lifter from beginner to advanced. 

Prize money will be handed out to the Female and Male best lifters of the day! 

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have one session

• Lifting will begin at 10am local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 8am local time
