TSF Open has quickly become a staple on the Victorian Powerlifting Calendar.

60 lifters and $1000 prize money up for grabs. Cash prizes for best heavy weight lifter (male and female), and light weight lifter (male and female), best debut and most improved. This means there are prizes available for everyone at all levels!

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have three sessions

Session 1 (10am to 1pm)

• Lifting will begin at 10am
• Weigh-in will begin at 8am

Session 2 (1pm to 4pm)

• Lifting will begin at 1pm
• Weigh-in will begin at 11am

Session 3 (4pm to 7pm)

• Lifting will begin at 4pm
• Weigh-in will begin at 2pm

Maximum number of entrants: 60
