Pack your soft suit and swimmers, Nexus Performance Gold Coast is hosting its first APA meet out of our new Burleigh Heads facility. Following the huge success of Nexus Melbourne meets, we're offering QLD locals and members a chance to qualify for Nationals out of our epic GC facility.

We're all about providing athlete's with a memorable and smooth competition experience, athletes can expect:

A large warm up area, that is air-conditioned with access to a microwave, fridge and multiple bathrooms.

An athlete warm up area containing:
- 4 Goliath combo racks
- 5 Deadlift platforms
- Eleiko performance bars and power bars
- Goliath calibrated plates

Whether you are a QLD local or wanting a chance to max out / qualify for nationals and take a short vacay - here's your chance!

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

• Weigh-in will begin at 7am local time
• Lifting will begin at 9am local time
